Shipping Policy

Zennovid ships orders within the United States and to select international destinations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding order processing, delivery expectations, and shipping responsibilities.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day generally start processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Please note: Processing times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially during high-volume periods.


Shipping Times & Methods
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your shipment has been dispatched.


Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. Carrier selection may vary based on your destination, chosen speed, and package size.


Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Zennovid isn't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you'll be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send it.


Splitting Orders
In some cases, orders with multiple items may ship separately to avoid delays.
You won’t be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.


Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. national holidays.


Insurance & Delivery Confirmation

  • Shipping insurance isn't included by default. If you’d like to insure your order, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders over a certain value may automatically require a signature upon delivery.


International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by country and may be extended due to customs processing.

  • The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges.

  • Zennovid has no control over these fees and can't estimate them in advance.

  • We're not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or inspections.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, Zennovid isn't responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at hello@zennovid.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and any relevant details (e.g., tracking number, photos of damage)

We'll assist in filing a carrier claim and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
